Announcing our Newest Faction - The Laotion Special Forces

Alongside ODIN PMC and the ESS, the Laotion Special Forces (LSF) are a new faction within the White Tiger universe. Sent out by the new Laotion Government, it’s unknown what their goals and motivations are. Are they here to assist ESS and make fast money for their new government, or are they here to ally with ODIN and destroy the ESS for good? Only time will tell.

Our New Venue - Buccas Outpost

Operation White Tiger 2 will be hosted at a brand new location, Buccas Outpost! Situated 3 and half hours west of Brisbane, near Dalby, Buccas offers a wide variety of opportunities to further expand the MILSIM experience for all involved. Huge thanks to The Weekend Warrior for allowing us to use this facility for our event!

Ticketing

Ticketing will work slightly differently for Operation White Tiger 2 compared to our first event. We will be utilising a release based ticketing system.

Tickets will release in three phases: Early Bird, Second Release and Final Release. Tickets will be cheapest at the Early Bird release, with them becoming more expensive on Second and Final Release. Pricing and release dates will be announced at a later date.

We are changing our ticket strategy to encourage earlier purchasing, which then enables us to plan more effectively for the numbers that will turn up to the event.

The ticket schedule and pricing is as follows:

  • 15 - 29 Apr 24 - Early Bird Tickets available ($115)

  • 29 Apr 24 - 13 May 24 - Second Release Tickets availabe ($125)

  • 13 May 24 - 14 Jun 24 - Final Release Tickets available ($135)

Please note that early bird and second release tickets are in limited supply per faction and they may sell out prior to the listed dates. If so, the next set of tickets will immediately become available for purchase.

So What’s Included?

Ticket inclusion is almost identical to Operation White Tiger. This includes:

  • Admission into the event

  • A camp site with toilets, open 4pm Friday 14 June (BYO camping equipment)

  • A full kit check by Mjolnir Gelsim staff

  • A MILSIM Tourniquet supplied by Mjolnir Gelsim

  • A full 12 hour MILSIM experience, beginning gameplay at 8am Saturday 15 June and concluding at 8pm, with each faction being led by current/former military or experienced Gel Ball MILSIM players.

  • A qualified medic providing advanced life saving coverage for any medical emergency

  • A free barbeque breakfast before step off on Saturday

  • A training day where you can discuss and learn tactics, techniques and procedures with other teams and Mjolnir Gelsim staff.

The Dates

The key dates for Operation White Tiger 2 are:

  • 15 Apr 24 - Tickets on sale

  • Friday 14 June 4pm - Event site open for entry and camping

  • Saturday 15 June 8am - Operation White Tiger 2 begins

  • Saturday 15 June 8pm - Operation White Tiger 2 ends

  • Sunday 16 June - Optional training day

  • Sunday 16 June 12pm - Field closed, everyone go home.

A Couple of Key Points

Make sure you bring enough food and water to sustain yourself for the full weekend. That includes breakfast, dinner and sustainment snacks.

For camping; tents, swags and any other man mobile camping equipment is encouraged. Camping vans, trailers and other large, bulky equipment is discouraged due to limited camping space.

Read the Mjolnir Gelsim Standard Operating Procedures. This covers all rules regarding the event and has the mandatory packing requirements. If you come with the wrong gear, you will be turned away.
